My lab does stents as well in Houston! We work with Texas Heart
Institute in conjunction with other companies on a regular basis. We do
thick saw cut ground and polished sections.
Hope this helps!
If you have any further questions feel free to contact me.

I was wondering if someone out there can give me a
recommendation for a
lab which can provide good quality sections of implanted stents.

Specifically, we have been told the FDA likes the thick saw cut,
ground
and polished sections rather than microtomed sections.
	Thanks Gordon Grant

	Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help me. I was wondering what the
appropriate
starting wage of a grossing tech would be for a private path lab
which
works mainly on small skin, gyn, and oral specimens and
processes about
250 cases a day (between 2 grossers). Would the pay be any
different if
the employee had an M.S. The position is entry-level. Thanks
very
	much.
