Hello Heather,
Sorry, but I have not used them on FFPE tissue, only frozen.  I
supposed you tried pretreatments?
Try Dako's Target Retrieval Solution or Cell Marques Trilogy before you
start your staining.

Dear All

Would anybody be able to help with the above antibody? A researcher
who
has never done any IHC before bought the following Novocastra
Antobodies
(1) NCL-DYS1 (2) NCL-DYS2 and (3) NCL-DYS3.  These however are for
frozen sections and she needs to work with FFPE material.  A first
attempt on the ffpe sections gave no staining. Has anybody by any
chance
ever had the need to use them?  ANY help will be greatly appreciated.
