Hi Histonetters,
Has anyone ever tried Polysciences' Liberate Antibody Binding (LAB)
Solution? The product (www.polysciences.com Cat.No. 24310) is supposed to
exposure the antigenic site of the FFPE tissue sections by incubating at
room temperature for 5-20 minutes, eliminating the used of heating (HIER)!!
This would give enormous changes the way we do immunostaining so far.

Among few antibodies I tried so far, only LCA (CD45) and CD20 (L-26) were
good enough and Progesterone receptor showed a weak staining.

Regards
