Peter,

Before I can respond with the experience I have had with in-situ, may I ask
first, which system are you using?

Subject: [Histonet] In-situ hybridization help please

Hello Histonetters,

I am currently doing in-situ hybridization on paraffin embedded tissue array
sections. Very often I get a signal in the nucleus, which I think is a
little odd as I would expect to see it in the cytoplasm.
Has anybody else encounted this?
If so, is it real?
If it isn't real, what can be done about it?

Thanks,

Peter Munday
