[Histonet] Kappa and Lambda ISH on Leica Bond assistance

Happy Friday Histonet!

For those of you doing Kappa and Lambda by ISH on the Leica Bond, can you please tell me specially which hybridization protocol, and enzyme concentration/timing you're using?  Any tweaks?  As these probes are ASR, the vendor can't really offer any technical advice on this matter.  But YOU can.  Talk to me Histonet!
