[Histonet] RE: Endogenous Tau (normal Tau)

Hi Claudia,

We use Dako anti-Human Tau (rabbit polyclonal) at a concentration of 1:8000. We do not use a pretreatment (HIER or protease). Staining is done on a Ventana stainer.

Hi there,

I am writing a poster on different Tau epitopes in human brain free floating sections.
I have been unable to get any normal Tau and I wonder what could be the problem. Does anybody know what could be?
Also, does anyone have a protocol that can share with me?
