[Histonet] Endogenous Tau (normal Tau)

Hi there,

I am writing a poster on different Tau epitopes in human brain free floating sections.
I have been unable to get any normal Tau and I wonder what could be the problem. Does anybody know what could be? 
Also, does anyone have a protocol that can share with me?
