Cook Children's Medical Center in Ft Worth, TX has an immediate opening for a Pathologist Assistant. Requires PA(ASCP).

The 429-bed Medical Center is the cornerstone of Cook Children's Health Care System that serves most of North and West Texas, and beyond.

This position works closely with the Pathologists,  Histology, Laboratory, Research and Surgery personnel on a daily basis to ensure routine, research and postmortem specimens are optimally processed in our ever growing Histology Laboratory. Our new Laboratory is scheduled to open in early Spring, 2016.

Interested applicants must work well in a small team environment, while being highly motivated to accomplish many tasks independently to meet Laboratory, Medical Center, CAP and JCAHO guidelines.
