[Histonet] FAB fragments

I am going to try using a FAB fragment to block some mouse on mouse IHC staining...the protocol I am looking at says to dilute in PBS.  My question is can I dilute it with my normal dilution buffer (DAKO, background reducing dilution buffer...which I'm sure is mostly PBS...), or should I using PBS?
