I do not think you have to do much, because frozen TAT is the ONLY task the CAP has developed a standard of 20 minutes or less since the specimen is received at the lab.
As an internal standard, the national average is 15 minutes but why push yourself? Just make sure that the TAT is 20 minutes and you will be OK with CAP
