Hello Histonetters

Just recently we have been having some variable staining with the Her-2-
Neu. We are using the Dako kit with the Dako stainer. I will get one case
that the staining is light while the rest of the slides stain fine. We
repeat the staining and the results are fine. No change in any reagents or
buffer expect for the pretreatment that is made fresh daily. Any ideas? Any
help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
