[Histonet] COX2 in Human

Hello to all!

I have been doing COX2 in human breast tissue and normally it works great. Lately, however, I have been getting a lot of background and nonspecific staining even with a new lot. Does anyone might know what I am doing wrong and how I could correct this problem?
