[Histonet] RE: Macrophage stain

Serotec has two antibodies that will work a F4/80 and CD68, both are rat anti-mouse.  We have used them in the same application that you will be using (mouse aorta) with good success.

I would like to stain for macrophages in mice aorta (5um frozen
sections). Would you have suggestions on which stains to use and perhaps
share the protocol?
