[Histonet] Histotech Grossing Protocols

Is there anyone that would be willing to share their protocols with me concerning their high complexity qualified histotechs grossing surgical specimens?  We are in the process of researching this endeavor and would like to get a feel for what other labs are doing and how they maintain compliance.
