[Histonet] Topoisomerase I

I am using TOP1 that originally worked at 1:100 dilution.  I am now using at 1:20.
Any ideas why the staining has decreased so much?  I have it stored in -20 in aliquots.

Or has someone found a TOP1 that works for them.

It is too expensive to run at 1:20.  Thanks,
