[Histonet] Polymer detection kit

Dear Histonet fellow,

I am planning to use  Bio care detection kit -MRT511 (for mouse monoclonal 
antibody on rat kidney FFPE) and RMR622 (for rabbit polyclonal antibody on 
rat kidneyFFPE)

Do i have to buy any additional reagents to perform the 
staining.(specially blocker or antigen retrieval)

Any feed back on their results and trouble shootings are welcome.
