I am trying to work up a protocol for MART-1 for the Mohs surgeon I currently work for. I have the antibody from Thermo-Shandon and also have their kit. I get positive staining but it is very faint. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks, Kathy Hicks H.T.(ASCP)
