[Histonet] trichrome and immunohistochemistry

As long as you use DAB as the chromogen you should be fine, have not
done the trichrome, but have ran other special stains on top of IHC such
as iron, AFB, etc. I'm not sure how it will look, you might need to
modify the trichrome a bit.
