[Histonet] acid alcohol with immunos

  Acid alcohol can be used if you use DAB as the chromogen, but it is not necessary if you just use hematoxylin during 30 seconds and "blue" it afterwards.
  You will get enough nuclear staining and the procedure will be shortened.
