Glycine-HCl buffer, pH 2.2

Glycine (0.2M=15.01 g/L): 50 ml
HCl (0.2M): 44 ml
Water to make 200 ml.

are given.

Approximately 0.2M HCl can be made by 50-60-fold
dilution of the concentrated (10-12M) acid.
pH 2.2 is lowest item in the glycine-HCl buffer 
table, so adjustment will probably be needed
after making the mixture.
