Hi Sophia,

You could probably get a fairly good yield by using affinity purification 
with either a Protein G or Protein A - Sepharose column.  The exact protocol 
would depend on the origin of the antibody, IgA / IgM, etc.  Protein G seems to be 
used more frequently than Protein A.
