With the limited antibodies that we have to do both EIER and HIER, we
perform the enzyme first with good success.

Subject: [Histonet] HIER and EIER

When used in combination, is it better to use HIER (Heat Induced Epitope
Retrieval) first or EIER (Enzyme Induced Epitope Retrieval) first. Or does
it depend upon the antigen of interest?

Any references?

Thanks,
Laura Bliven
