Yes, its electron microscopy but what I meant is to cut specific area of the
brain (ie. hippocampus, motor cortex etc) which could then be used for  EM
and various other purposes.

By the way, could anyone share with me the best method to obtain specific
area of foetal/neonatal mouse brain for further high resolution analysis
(ie. dentate gyrus, hippocampus, thalamus, motor cortex etc).
