Similar results here. I don't worry too much about endogenous biotin after
citrate 6.0, however we fear EDTA 9.0 and even more Tris-Urea 9.5 ...
Sometimes I feel like it should be called immunohistoalchemy rather than
immunohistochemistry ... (never revealed any gold, though)
