Dear UT Southwestern Personnel:

On Friday, February 14th 2014 the old DNAStar & Lasergene server will be retired and users moved to a new, faster server.  Identified users and labs were sent updated install disks in December 2013.

Please verify that you have updated your installation by reviewing your host file or verifying you are using Lasergene 11a no later than February 7th 2014.

You can review your version by visiting the DNAStar site: http://www.dnastar.com/skins/skin_1/pdf/LG11VersionComp.pdf

If you are unsure, or would like help verifying you are on the new server, please open a ticket with the IR Service Desk at ServiceDesk <@t> UTSouthwestern.edu<mailto:ServiceDesk <@t> UTSouthwestern.edu>.
