[OCRcommunications] For Awareness, REDCap Maintenance Window

Good morning Research Community:

Please be advised, there will be a scheduled downtime for REDCap on 4/14/2023 from 7 pm - 4/15/2023 at noon. During this downtime, REDCap will be unavailable as the application is being migrated to new servers. The Production URL will remain the same.

For awareness, we are migrating from Windows 2012 to Windows 2019 to remain on a supported operating system. In addition, we are migrating from MySQL Community to MySQL Enterprise to better accommodate scalability and backup/recovery techniques. The new servers should improve performance. Project owners are required to maintain users that have project access. Please review your projects and identify those users that no longer warrant access, and simply suspend their accounts. In addition, projects that are no longer active should be closed. This is part of general maintenance.
