<DIV><SPAN class=550002811-14112003>Each of our cutters are assigned a number (1
throught 4) that is written on each slide.</SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=550002811-14112003>We keep a log of special stains done
including the case number, date, stain done, and the reactivity of the
control. Each person generally cuts their own slides for the special
stains that they will be doing.</SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=550002811-14112003>H&Es are done on an automatic stainer so
we don't worry about that.</SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=550002811-14112003>We only have one person embedding and we
know who that is on a daily basis. If there is any problem, we know who
the embedder was.</SPAN></DIV>

there are times that I wish I did.
