<br><font size=2 face="Arial">I agree. Just because the questions "should have been" answered somewhere in training, apparently, they weren't. Where else can people turn to for answers when they are trying to learn. I don't consider this junk or garbage mail - there are no stupid questions except the ones that are not asked.</font>
