<P>We are curently in the process of organising a histology lab for the study of inferior vertebrates. We will first be looking at chondrification and ossification in fish larvae.</P>
<P>We want to do larvae sectioning and staining to view bone and cartilage. We have acquired various machines to do so. </P>
<P>Clear and stain methods have been used in our lab to stain whole larvae. Although I have looked through Humans animal histological techniques and various papers, I am wondering if anybody knows of a good protocol to do staining of these structures on mounted sections of fish larvae with an automated stainer.</P>

<P>Any help would be greatly appreciated.</P>
