Hi there Histopeeps and Histonetters,
I’m seeing histology teams move earlier than usual this year — openings are popping up fast, and the strongest candidates are already exploring their next steps for spring and summer.
If your lab is planning ahead or anticipating any staffing needs, I’m here to help you stay ahead of the curve. Whether you need a full‑time hire, or just want to talk through what the market looks like right now, I’m always happy to be a resource.
Here are a few roles I’m actively working on this week:
• HT / HTL (multiple settings)
• Mohs tech
• Night shift histotech
• Supervisor/Lead tech opportunities
If you’d like to see candidates for any of these type roles or if you have a different need coming up — just reply and let me know what you’re looking for. I’ll take it from there.
One quick note:
If someone on your team mentions that another department or nearby lab is hiring, feel free to pass along the hiring manager’s email. I keep all referrals confidential, and if I fill the role, I send a $250 thank‑you to the person who shared the lead.
As always, I’m here to make your hiring process smoother, faster, and a whole lot easier.
Warmly,
Pam
