[Histonet] Retic Poll

Good morning from Mexico City,
I am working on a Golgi-Cox staining for mouse brains. The
impregnation of neurons is very good, but I could use more neurons. My main
problem is that I see many blood vessels, which makes it very difficult to
trace the neurons. I also have many astrocytes. I have tried fresh tissue
impregnation, saline perfusion and even formalin perfusion, but the same
results keep appearing.
Thank you a lot for your advice.
