It depends on what your application is going to be. I used it for research
purposes (which was outside its current expected use so took some creative
workarounds to make it work).For clinical settings there isnt much to kess
around with and the standard protocols make the end product is far better
than the other platforms i have use in the past (Leica Bond and Ventana).
Once you get used to the process of prepping and loading samples the turn
around time is also much better.   Once Sakura opens up the software to
allow for making time adjustments at all the steps and at the users input
times than this platform will be the top of the line product in my opinion
as it will allow fine tuning of protocols to suit the pathologists
preferences
