Hi there Histonetters,

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how careers evolve and what truly shapes the work we do.

After more than 20 years in histology recruitment, I’ve learned that the most meaningful parts of a career aren’t accidental.

They Come From:

*	The Choices We Make.
*	The People We Support.
*	The Standards We Hold.
*	The Way We Show Up Day After Day.

I just published a new article exploring this idea and how intentional work can define entire chapters of a career.

Histology is quiet work, but it is deeply purposeful, and the people behind it make all the difference.

If you’re in a reflective season or simply curious about the topic,

I hope you’ll take a moment to read it.
