[Histonet] Prisma stainer freezing

Hi everyone,

 

Has anyone had issues with the Sakura Prisma stainer "freezing" during a
program?  Ours is not on a service contract, but we do have an outside
company that PM's our machine, and he is going to look into it.  We have to
turn it off, then on but then all the programs are wiped out, so the baskets
are left in their remaining buckets to finish off manually.

 

I just want to see if anyone had issues like this.
