Use the ammonium or sodium salt of Martius yellow (CI 10315, Acid yellow 24); these are more soluble than the calcium salt. Get dye powder that has been certified by the Biological Stain Commission - look for a little blue & white sticker on the jar. See https://biologicalstaincommission.org/certified-biological-dyesstains/ for pictures and explanations.

Good day
I would like to know if any histo laboratories use Martius Yellow dye for the Martius Scarlet Blue stain and what brand of the dye you procure?
Kind regards
