[Histonet] Histology Workflow Statistics

Good Afternoon,
I am the technical scientist for AP and cytology at OhioHealth, 16 hospital health system. I currently looking at our histology workload.  Would you mind sharing with me a few stats from your health systems?  How many blocks are processing daily?  How many FT histotechs do you have?  Do you have blocks that do not get embedded and/or cut the same day?  If so, how many blocks or cases would you say you are behind on average?
