[Histonet] Churukian's Manual PDF

Sadly, the last version (2009) of the late Chuck Churukian's Manual of the Special Stains Laboratory is now no longer available from the University of Rochester's Pathology website.

Does anyone have a copy of the complete PDF file?  The Biological Stain Commission would like to make this available to everyone.  If you have a copy of the complete PDF, please contact me (jkiernan at uwo.ca) to arrange how to do an upload.
