[Histonet] issues with printmate

Dear all!

I hope someone can give me a hint with my problem.

Our printmate cassette-printer was sent to repair because of an old
printhead and came back with the lost of his barcode-scan-function.



Obviously our technical support is not competent enough to fix the problem.

Usually the cursor is placed in the barcode-field and after the scan of our
entry-number the figures are split into the responding fields.

Now, the number can be scanned, and is filled in the barcode-field, but the
splitting doesn't happen.

We have a second device and I have tried to compare the settings. And have
found no difference.

Maybe I have overlooked something.
