[Histonet] HSV 1/2 Ab

   Hi everyone in Histo Land:

   Hope you have an awesome Thanksgiving Holiday.  I have been given the
   task of working up the HSV 1/2 Ab on the Bond 3 and Bond Prime.  I ran
   the Biocare predilute using an Enzeme 2 Pretreatment w/ 14 ml/ 1 drop
   as suggested by Sheron Lear to assist in keeping the sections on the
   slide.  Unfortunately, our pathologist thought there was too much
   background.  Any suggestions? I am willing to do titrations for
   optimization.
