Subject: GT450 repeated slide handling errors
Description: Customer reporting repeated slide handling errors throughout the shift yesterday, until at least 4:30 pm.
When instrument was opened to clear error, no visible issue with slide location was noted.
Slides were always found on stage. Slide removed, rack removed, instrument restarted, then issue would reoccur frequently.

Will log into SAM (LBS has SecureLink access to this site) to review logs and potentially SSD, and proceed accordingly.
