I hope you are doing well, Ann? We considered Epredia's because it seems to offer a safer and more convenient option than xylene. Also, the evaporation rate of Epredia's Xylene Substitute is comparable to that of xylene, ensuring consistent performance in tissue processing .And, unlike xylene, which has a strong odor, Epredia's Xylene Substitute is virtually odorless. And lastly, Its airborne exposure limit is three times safer than xylene. Hope this helps.
