Same here, we moved to a new location and the PH of the water was too acidic, the DI water would remove the silver and leave it yellowed.   Some solutions that I was making that usually would take hours to go into solution on the stir plate went immediately.

Hi Steven,

We ran into this issue and it was the pH of the water. We were using our sterile line from the facility but the pH was too high. We used tap and it worked fine. This will also effect your stock solutions if you make them yourself so be aware of that as well.
