[Histonet] Collecting CE data from associates

Good morning Histoland,
I am trying to see how other institutions collect their associates continuing education information and how you store the data? I am new to my organization and this is my first time in an organization that has so many employees.  I've been asked to look our process and I figure you all might have some great suggestions.
