[Histonet] Histo Chill tissue freezing bath

We were given a brand new, neve used, FTS SP Scientific Histo Chill tissue freezing bath.  This will be great for our department since we won't have to deal with liquid nitrogen.  Our problem is we have no idea how to use it.  The company doesn't provide installation or training just an operator manual.  I am unable to find any videos on the internet so I'm reaching out to anyone who has used this piece of equipment and if anyone knows whether it is not even worth trying to use.  We would love to use it for freezing our muscle biopsies for neuropath workups.
