High volume, fast growing non-clinical laboratory in Durham, NC looking for a laboratory assistant. Some experience staining, cutting on Microtome and printing slides a plus, but not necessary. Willingness to learn to use the Biocare Oncore Pro IHC staining platform a plus. Work closely with lab manager on different laboratory tasks. Part time to start, but can easily be full time as learning increases. Ideal for retired Histotech who needs flexible hours and doesn't need the pressure of a clinical lab, or an at home mom with kids at school.
