[Histonet] CAP Question

Good morning, and Happy Friday Histonet!



Do any of you have a policy or response for CYP.07666, CAP's new unsatisfactory non-gyn cytology that you would be willing to share?  We do few cytology cases here, this just isn't much of an issue; we've never really had to think about it.  Please help!

There are written Criteria for identification and reporting of unsatisfactory non-gynecologic specimens, as applicable.
NOTE: The cytopathology report must state the reason for an unsatisfactory specimen
