Hello, Does anyone have any information on how they calculate staff for HT's, Lab Assistants, and transcription/send outs? Do you have a basic calculation for block count or case count? If so, can you share it with me? Anything is greatly appreciated. We are a small AP lab performing IHC, SS, etc. Thank you, Julie
