[Histonet] ANSI or ASTM certified scales

I am prepping our lab for our next CAP inspection. Does anyone know a good place to buy analytical scales that meet the CAP COM.30860/70/80/90 checklist items?

And does anyone think it is cheaper to buy a new scale each year or to have a certified tech come out to your location to re-certify its accuracy each year?
