Hello everyone, I want to confirm nanoplastic particles in zebrafish tissues using tranmission electron microscope (TEM), but I am not sure of how to prepare the sample. is there anyone has the protocol to share with me (especially about fixation,infiltration, embedding, staining and so forth) ? anything that you may have that I can refer to in the TEM sample preparation should be a tremendous help.
