[Histonet] differences in job descriptions

I know this topic has probably been addressed many times before and I do not wish to start the certified vs non certified debate again.  However, I must ask for those of you who have both working in your lab, do their job descriptions and responsibilities differ between those who are certified and those who are not?  If they do differ, what are the differences?
